This is not your average loaf of pumpkin chocolate chip bread. Instead of a quick bread, we're making a tender yeasted bread studded with chocolate chips! (It's SO GOOD.)
You'll only need a few pantry staples to make this easy recipe.
Mix up the ingredients until you have a soft ball of dough.
Let the dough rise until it has doubled in bulk.
Divide the dough into 3 pieces. Roll them out into ropes, then braid like challah. (There is a video on my site showing you how.)
Twist the braid into a circle, then place in a springform pan.
Let the dough rise until doubled.
Bake until golden.
Let the bread cool a bit, then slice and serve. It's amazing warm, when the chocolate is all melty.
