Is it hard to make pumpkin cheesecake bars?

No. In fact, these are easier to make than traditional cheesecake because you don't need to use a water bath. Just make a simple crust, the fillings, then bake.

Simple Ingredients

You'll need a few basic ingredients to make these pumpkin cheesecake bars. All easy to find!

Make the Crust

First, make a simple graham cracker crust. Just mix the ingredients together, press into a pan and bake.

Make the Filling

Make the cheesecake filling. Divide it in half, then add pumpkin and spices.

Two Flavors

Now you'll have a vanilla cheesecake filling and a pumpkin spice cheesecake filling.

Add to Crust

Add the fillings in dollops to your baked crust.


Gently swirl them around using the tip of a knife.

Bake + Chill

Bake your cheesecake bars, then put them in the fridge to chill overnight.
