Ponche de frutas navideño is a Mexican fruit punch that’s made with guavas, apples, plums, pears, and tejocotes. You can also add other fruits like figs, peaches, and dried cranberries.
You'll need a variety of ingredients to make authentic Mexican ponche. If you have a Latin market nearby, that's the best place to go.
There are substitution tips in my recipe!
Boil some water, add the ponche ingredients and simmer the mixture for an hour. Sweeten and serve!
Serve with cinnamon sticks and sugar cane sticks. :)
