Eggs, flour, butter, salt & milk. That's all you need. A popover pan helps but a muffin tin works too!
Blend the eggs, milk & salt. Then add the flour and cooled, melted butter. Blend a few more seconds.
Pour the batter into pre-heated popover molds. Then put them in the oven to bake!
The popovers are done when they are golden brown. The outsides will be crispy and the inside will be fluffy.
Fill your popovers with jam, melted butter, even scrambled eggs. So good!
