Dragon rolls are basically inside-out maki rolls. This means the sushi rice is on the outside and it’s the nori holding the fillings together.
Shrimp tempura, sushi rice and a few other ingredients are all you'll need to make a dragon roll.
Spread the rice on a sheet of nori.
Add the shrimp tempura, cucumber slices and spicy mayo.
Shape the roll using a sushi mat.
Add thinly sliced avocado on top, then shape again with the sushi mat.
Add some spicy mayo on top and dig in! You can also add sesame seeds to your Dragon roll.
