This Green Tea Highball cocktail is made with freshly brewed green tea and whiskey. Served in a highball glass on the rocks, it’s a refreshing sip that’s easy to make.
Brew the green tea. Heat your water to 175F to 180F and brew a cup of green tea. Set aside to cool or chill it in the fridge.
Assemble the drink. Fill a highball glass about 1/3 with ice, then add the chilled green tea and whiskey. Top off with club soda.
Garnish. Add a sprig of mint leaves and a lemon wedge to serve, if desired.
